I help clients reconnect with their authentic selves, release subconscious and energetic blocks, experience relief, reclaim their power, and embody their fullest potential and purpose, through hypnosis, past life regression, guided meditation, and subconscious reprogramming.

My Journey

My path to this work wasn’t traditional. I have two Bachelor’s degrees, one in Supply Chain Management and one in Marketing, from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business, graduating Magna Cum Laude and serving as Vice President of my sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, where my passion for leadership began.​

I started my career in the corporate world as a risk management analyst, logistics strategist, and digital marketer. But everything shifted when my grandmother, who helped raise me, suffered a brain bleed at age 95. Witnessing her altered state of consciousness, her miraculous recovery, and ultimately guiding her through a spontaneous hypnosis session, awakened something profound within me. It opened the door to a deeper understanding of the mind, soul, and our multidimensional nature.

The Calling​

That experience led me to study consciousness, guided meditation, past life regression, and hypnosis. When I discovered Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) Hypnosis in 2018, I felt an undeniable calling. I became certified that year and began offering these sessions, blending the strategic clarity of my professional background with intuitive, heart-led facilitation.​

Since then, I’ve guided clients through thousands of hours of result's-driven sessions, helping them uncover root causes of emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges, release trauma and limiting beliefs, and access their own Higher Self, for wisdom, clarity, relief, and transformation.

In 2025, I expanded my practice by becoming a QHHT Level 1 Intern, offering in-person Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique sessions. QHHT, founded by Dolores Cannon, is a profound method of accessing the subconscious and Higher Self, and I’m honored to be offering this modality too.
